Is there a scary movie that can really scare the crap out of someone? what...?

I think i have watched too many scary movies and nothing absolutely nothing scares or freaks me out anymore...not even 'A Serbian Film' that i watched twice last week...and i want something thats like really crazy and can scare or confuse or freak me out.
