What are the 4 minutes cut off A Serbian Film?

I want to buy A Serbian Film (I know it's disgusting, I want to buy it regardless), but the only available versions of it is the 4 minutes cut version by the BBFC. I was wondering if there is anywhere you can buy the full movie, or if I should just get the cut version? Thanks.
