Do Blacks and Whites get along better in the North Eastern Cities or Down South?

Where is there less racism between both? I know in the cities in the North East the Whites are Ethnics(Irish, Italians, Jewish, Polish, Germans, Greeks, Eastern Europeans(Russians, Albanians, Ukranians, Serbians). while Down South theyre mostly WASPs. The West Coast probably has the least.
